ROAD RULES 2014 - REG 201

201 Stopping on a road with bicycle parking sign

A driver (except the rider of a bicycle) must not stop on a length of road to which a bicycle parking sign applies, unless the driver is dropping off, or picking up, passengers.

: Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.

"Bicycle" is defined in the Dictionary.
