New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe construction or installation of a stage or platform used for a wedding, private party or other private function is development specified for this code if it is carried out on any of the following land--
(a) land within a rural, residential or environment protection zone and used for residential accommodation,
(b) land in a zone other than a rural, residential or environment protection zone,
(c) Crown land (within the meaning of the Crown Land Management Act 2016 ),
(d) land vested in or under the control and management of the council or other public authority of the area in which the development is carried out.
