New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe standards specified for that development are that the development must--
(a) not be associated with a pub or a small bar, and
(b) be carried out in accordance with an approval granted under section 125 of the Roads Act 1993 , including in accordance with any hours of operation to which the approval is subject, and
(c) be carried out in accordance with any approval granted under section 68 of the Local Government Act 1993 , and
(d) not be under an awning, unless the awning complies with the requirements set out in BP1.1 and BP1.2 of Volume 1 of the Building Code of Australia .
