The standards specified for that development are that the development must--
(a) be associated with a hard stand, garage or carport, and
(b) have a width of not greater than 4.5m, and
(c) not be higher than 3m above ground level (existing), and
(d) not encroach on the lane, and
(e) comply with AS/NZS 2890.1:2004Parking facilities, Part 1: Off-street parking .
