STATE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING POLICY (EXEMPT AND COMPLYING DEVELOPMENT CODES) 2008 - REG 2.73
Specified development
2.73 Specified development
(1) The construction or installation of a
skylight, roof window or ventilator is development specified for this code if
it is not constructed or installed on or in a heritage item or a draft
heritage item.
(2) Development referred to in subclause (1) is not exempt
development if it is constructed or installed on land in the local government
area of Coonamble, Gilgandra, Warrumbungle Shire or Dubbo Regional.
