Maximum gross floor area of certain detached development
3.20 Maximum gross floor area of certain detached development
The maximum
gross floor area of all of the following detached development on a lot is
shown in the table to this clause-- (a) a deck, patio, pergola, terrace or
verandah,
(b) a cabana, cubby house, fernery, garden shed, gazebo or
greenhouse,
(c) a carport or garage,
(d) a shed.

| 200m 2 -300m 2 | 36m 2 |
| >300m 2 -600m 2 | 45m 2 |
| >600m 2 -900m 2 | 60m 2 |
| >900m 2 | 100m 2 |
Note--: The maximum gross floor area of detached studios is set out in clause
3.25.
