STATE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING POLICY (EXEMPT AND COMPLYING DEVELOPMENT CODES) 2008 - REG 3A.24

3A.24 Landscaped area

(1) A lot in Zone R5 that has an area of less than 4,000m 2 must have at least 45% of its area landscaped.

(2) At least 50% of the area forward of the building line to the primary road must be landscaped.

(3) The landscaped area must be at least 2.5m wide.
