New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe construction or installation of a business identification sign or building identification sign that projects from the exterior wall of an existing building is development specified for the purposes of this code if--
(a) it is not carried out on or in a heritage item or draft heritage item or in a heritage conservation area or draft heritage conservation area, and
(b) it is carried out on land that is in a business, industrial or special purpose zone.
