STATE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING POLICY (EXEMPT AND COMPLYING DEVELOPMENT CODES) 2008 - REG 5.17

5.17 Specified development

Development, or the carrying out of works, that is or are ancillary to the use of land is development specified for this code if it is not carried out on a lot that--

(a) contains a dwelling house, or

(b) is a flood control lot.
