New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsA window in any part of the existing commercial premises that is being altered or added to must have a privacy screen for any part of the window that is less than 1.5m above finished floor level if--
(a) the window faces a building used for residential accommodation on an adjoining lot, and
(b) the wall in which the window is located has a setback of less than 5m from the boundary of that adjoining lot.
