(a) must be issued subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 8, and
(b) is taken to satisfy a requirement under this Policy for a permit, approval or development consent to remove or prune a tree or other vegetation on a lot if--(i) the tree is not listed on a register of significant trees kept by the council, and(ii) the tree or vegetation is within 3m of a building, and(iii) the tree or vegetation has a height that is less than 8m.
