UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 - REG 25.13
Respondent need not be party to proceeding
25.13 Respondent need not be party to proceeding
(cf Federal Court Rules
Order 25A, rule 4)
The court may make a freezing order or an ancillary order against a respondent
even if the respondent is not a party to a proceeding in which substantive
relief is sought against the respondent.
