UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 - REG 35.1

35.1 Irregularity does not invalidate affidavit

(cf SCR Part 38, rule 5; DCR Part 30, rule 5; LCR Part 25, rule 5)
An affidavit may, with the leave of the court, be used despite any irregularity in form.
