UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 - REG 46.13

46.13 Directions

On the hearing of a motion to proceed under a judgment, the Supreme Court may give directions as to the conduct of the proceedings, including directions as to the material that may be used as evidence.
