(1) The Supreme Court may give directions--(a) for the service on the other parties, by any party desiring to submit experimental proof, of particulars of the experiments proposed and of the facts which the party claims to be able to establish by the experiments, and(b) for the conduct of, and the persons who may attend, the experiments.
(2) In any proceedings for infringement or the revocation of a patent, the Supreme Court may direct that evidence with respect to any experiment made is not admissible unless the experiment has been made substantially in accordance with directions given under subrule (1).
