Appellant's chronology
51.35 Appellant's chronology
(cf SCR Part 51, rule 45)
The appellant's chronology must comprise a list of the principal events
leading up to the litigation and, where appropriate, events during the
litigation, numbered consecutively with the date, a short description of each
event, and references to the Appeal Book.
