6.25 Joinder as plaintiff requires party's consent
(cf SCR Part 8, rule 8(2); DCR Part 7, rule 8(2); LCR Part 6, rule 8(2))
A person is not to be joined as a plaintiff in any proceedings except with his
or her consent.
