7.35 Pro Bono Panel

(cf SCR Part 66A, rule 3; DCR Part 28C, rule 3)
The registrar may maintain a list of persons--

(a) who are barristers or solicitors, and

(b) who have agreed to participate in the scheme in relation to that court.
