This legislation has been repealed.
(1) If, after action is taken under section 137, there is a further refusal or failure by the affected person to comply with the community treatment order, the Director of the health care agency may cause the person to be given a written notice:(a) requiring the person to accompany a member of the staff of the health care agency for treatment in accordance with the order or to a specified hospital, and(b) warning the person that the assistance of a member of the Police Force may be obtained in order to ensure compliance with the order.
(2) While at a health care agency as a result of the giving of any such notice, an affected person:(a) may be given treatment in accordance with the community treatment order, and(b) may be assessed by a medical practitioner for involuntary admission to a hospital.
