This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Director of a health care agency is to keep under review the prescription and use of drugs in connection with the community counselling orders and community treatment orders being implemented by the agency.
(2) At the request of:(a) the affected person under a community counselling order or a community treatment order, or(b) if the affected person consents, a person who would be entitled to apply for such an order in relation to the person,the Director of the health care agency implementing the order must provide particulars of the kind and dosages of medication which are being administered, or have recently been administered, to the affected person.
