New South Wales Repealed Acts New South Wales Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The President of the Board must, within 10 days after receiving an application for consent to perform psychosurgery, convene a meeting of the Board for the purpose of hearing and determining the application.
(2) The hearing of an application is to commence within 31 days after the date the application is received.
(3) The President of the Board must cause to be given to the applicant, the patient and the patient's nearest relative, if any, not less than 5 days' notice, in writing, of the hearing.
