MENTAL HEALTH ACT 1990 - SECT 211

211 Application for licence

(1) A person may apply to the Director-General for a licence to keep premises as a hospital for the admission, care and treatment of patients.

(2) An application:

(a) must be in a form approved by the Minister, and

(b) must be accompanied by a plan of the premises in respect of which the licence is sought and the prescribed fee.
