This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Director-General, in relation to each hospital other than an authorised hospital, and the medical superintendent of an authorised hospital must establish and maintain, in a bank, building society or credit union approved by the Treasurer:(a) a Patients Trust Fund, and(b) a Patients Amenities Account.
(2) The Director-General, in relation to each hospital other than an authorised hospital, must establish and maintain, in a bank, building society or credit union approved by the Treasurer, an Interest Account.
