This legislation has been repealed.
A person having any matter before the Tribunal who is dissatisfied with:
(a) a determination of the Tribunal made with respect to the person, or
(b) the failure or refusal of the Tribunal to make a determination with respect to the person in accordance with the provisions of this Act,may, subject to and in accordance with the rules of the Court, appeal to the Court against the determination, failure or refusal.
