This legislation has been repealed.
(1) If the Court considers it appropriate to do so, the Court may be assisted, in the hearing and deciding of an appeal, by 2 assessors selected by the Court from the panel nominated by the Minister.
(2) An assessor referred to in subsection (1) is to sit with the Court in the hearing of an appeal and has power to advise, but not to adjudicate, on any matter relating to the appeal.
