MARINE PARKS ACT 1997 - As at 19 December 2014 - Act 64 of 1997 - NOTES

Repeal:

The Act was repealed by cl 1 of Sch 3 to the Marine Estate Management Act 2014 No 72 with effect from 19.12.2014.
