PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1991 - SECT 79

79 Proceedings for offences

(1) Proceedings for an offence under this Act are to be disposed of summarily before the Local Court.

(2) This section does not affect the operation of section 10AB, 10L, 50, 61M or 69.
