The Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory enacts as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Penalty Units Amendment Act 2013.
This Act amends the Penalty Units Act.
(1) Section 5(2)

for the relevant financial year
insert
for the financial year for which the review is made (the relevant financial year)
(2) Section 5(2)
