(1) This section applies if:
(a) a direction is given under section 57 for a test to be carried out under this section in relation to a person; or
(b) a person is required to undergo alcohol testing under a mandatory community treatment order.
(2) The person must submit to the taking of samples of such quantity of the person's breath by a testing officer as is reasonably necessary for determining whether there is alcohol present in the person's body.
(3) A testing officer, and an authorised officer assisting the testing officer, may use the force and assistance that is necessary and reasonable to ensure the samples are taken under subsection (2).
