ALCOHOL MANDATORY TREATMENT ACT 2013 (NO 17 OF 2013) - SECT 130

Clinical director

    (1)     The CEO may appoint a person to be the clinical director for the purposes of this Act.

    (2)     The person must be a medical practitioner employed by the Agency.
