Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered ActsIf a person is to be released from an assessment facility under section 18, 25 or 28, a senior assessment clinician at the facility may arrange for the person:
(a) to be taken to the person's usual place of residence; or
(b) to be taken to another place that the senior assessment clinician reasonably believes to be safe.
