Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered ActsIf the Tribunal revokes the mandatory community treatment order and is satisfied that the affected person should not be further assessed or treated under this Act, it may also make an order exempting the affected person, for a specified period, from any further assessments under this Act.
