Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered ActsIf the Tribunal decides to make an order under section 46 or 2014_Acta065.html#_Ref355423986">47 in relation to a mandatory treatment order or income management order it must:
(a) give a copy of the order and an information notice for the decision to the affected person; and
(b) give a copy of the order to the applicant; and
(c) take reasonable steps to give a copy of the order to each of the following persons:
(i) each other person who was entitled to attend the hearing;
(ii) if the order is a mandatory community treatment order or an order varying or revoking a mandatory community treatment order – the community treatment provider specified in the order and any other person named in the order.
Note for section 48
Under sections 120 and 2014_Acta065.html#_Ref354679132">121 the Tribunal is also required to give the Secretary a notice if an income management order is varied or revoked.
