ALCOHOL MANDATORY TREATMENT ACT 2013 (NO 17 OF 2013) - SECT 64
Person need not comply with mandatory community treatment order while detained
If the person is detained at an assessment facility for the purpose of an
assessment while the mandatory community treatment order is in force, the
person need not comply with the order while detained.
