INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER AGAINST CORRUPTION ACT 2017 (NO 23 OF 2017) - SECT 111

    (1)     The ICAC may, at any time, make recommendations to a public body for:

    (a)     the improved compliance with directions, or improved adherence to guidelines, under this Part; or

    (b)     the improved management of risks of retaliation.

    (2)     Sections 57 and 2017_17556.html#_Ref468876952">58 apply to recommendations made under this section as if they were recommendations made under section 56 .
