INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER AGAINST CORRUPTION ACT 2017 (NO 23 OF 2017) - SECT 151

    (1)     A person must not contravene a direction of the ICAC under section  107 .

Maximum penalty:     100 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.

    (3)     It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection (1) if the defendant has a reasonable excuse.
