Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) If, at a public inquiry, allegations are made against a person or body that, if true, could reasonably affect the ICAC's findings on the subject matter of the inquiry, the ICAC must give the person or body a reasonable opportunity to respond to the allegations.
(2) The ICAC may determine whether the opportunity to respond is to be given by allowing the person or body to make written submissions to the inquiry or appear at the inquiry or both.
