Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Authority, a workplace safety officer, or other person engaged in the administration of this Act incurs no civil or criminal liability for an act or omission, in good faith, and in the exercise or purported exercise of powers or functions under this Act.
(2) A civil liability that would, but for subsection (1) attach to the Authority, an officer or other person, attaches instead to the Territory.
