Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) If the Court is satisfied, on an application by the Authority, that a person should take, or refrain from, specified action in order to comply with a duty under this Act, the Court may order the person to take, or to refrain from, the relevant action.
(2) If a person fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with an order under this section, the person is (in addition to any penalty for contempt of court) guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: 1 000 penalty units.
