MISUSE OF DRUGS (ACT AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2020 (NO 9 OF 2020) - REG 3

These Regulations amend the Misuse of Drugs Act 1990 .

Note for regulation 3

Section 43(2)(a) of the Act allows a regulation to amend a Schedule to the Act to insert a substance into the Schedule and specify, for the substance, the relevant traffickable quantity and commercial quantity.
