12A Constructing authority must lodge new plan of survey for particular land
(1) This section applies if— (a) land taken under this Act is part of— (i)
land subject to a building units plan registered under the
Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 ; or
(ii) scheme land for a
community titles scheme under the
Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 ; and
(b) the taking of the
land affects the integrity of a boundary of a lot or common property shown on
a plan registered under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 ,
Land Title Act 1994 or another Act for the land.
(2) The constructing
authority for the acquisition must lodge with the registrar of titles a plan
of survey showing a new boundary for the lot or common property.
