Obligation of building certifier approving BCA classification or use change to give new certificate of occupancy
113 Obligation of building certifier approving BCA classification or use
change to give new certificate of occupancy
(1) This section applies if a
building certifier approves a BCA classification or use change to a building.
(2) The building certifier must ensure the owner of the building is given a
certificate of occupancy for the building that complies with the certificate
requirements. Note— See also section 132 .
(3) The certificate replaces
any existing certificate of occupancy for the building.
