BUILDING ACT 1975 - SECT 121

121 Doubtful BCA classifications

(1) This section applies if there is a doubt as to a building’s BCA classification.

(2) The BCA classification must be either of the following classifications a building certifier considers appropriate—

(a) a class of building mentioned in the BCA;

(b) a special structure.
