(1) After receiving the complaint, QBCC must, by notice—(a) inform the building certifier of the nature of the complaint; and(b) invite the building certifier to make, within the time stated in the notice, representations to QBCC about the complaint.
(2) The time stated in the notice must be at least 5 business days after the notice is given.
(3) If QBCC makes a decision about the complaint under section 204 , QBCC must have regard to the representations when making the decision.
