BUILDING ACT 1975 - SECT 214E
Demerit points for demerit offences
214E Demerit points for demerit offences
(1) This section applies in
relation to a person who has a conviction for a demerit offence.
(2) QBCC
must allocate to the person the number of demerit points prescribed by
regulation for the offence.
(3) A regulation may prescribe up to 10 demerit
points for a particular offence.
(4) This section is subject to section 214G
.
