Requirement to comply with approved pool safety management plan
245L Requirement to comply with approved pool safety management plan
If the
owner has an approved pool safety management plan for the swimming pool, the
owner must comply with the plan.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—165 penalty
units.
Note— This provision is an executive liability provision—see section 257
.
