An owner of regulated premises who is proposing to sell the premises must, before settlement under a contract of sale for the premises—
(a) if a pool safety certificate is in effect for a relevant regulated pool for the premises—give to the purchaser of the premises under the contract a copy of the pool safety certificate; and
(b) if a pool safety certificate is not in effect for a relevant regulated pool that is not a shared pool—give a notice in the approved form to each of the following—(i) the purchaser;(ii) the QBCC commissioner; and
(c) if a pool safety certificate is not in effect for a relevant regulated pool that is a shared pool—give a notice in the approved form to each of the following—(i) the purchaser;(ii) the owner of the shared pool;(iii) the commissioner.
