Person must not perform pool safety inspection functions without licence
246AU Person must not perform pool safety inspection functions without licence
A person who is not a pool safety inspector must not perform a pool safety
inspection function unless the function is carrying out minor repairs
mentioned in section 231C (b) .
Penalty— Maximum penalty—165 penalty
units.
