When code of conduct for pool safety inspectors takes effect
246BA When code of conduct for pool safety inspectors takes effect
(1) The
code of conduct for pool safety inspectors, or an amendment or replacement of
the code, does not take effect until it has been approved under a regulation.
(2) A reference to the code of conduct for pool safety inspectors is taken to
include any amendment or replacement under subsection (1) that has taken
effect.
