(1) A pool safety inspector may, in particular circumstances, carry out the repairs, or other works, prescribed under a regulation (
"minor repairs" ) for a regulated pool before giving a pool safety certificate for the pool.
(2) The particular circumstances for subsection (1) are—(a) the pool safety inspector inspects a regulated pool to decide whether the pool is a complying pool; and(b) the pool would be a complying pool only if particular minor repairs were carried out; and(c) the owner of the pool agrees that the pool safety inspector may carry out the minor repairs.Note—See also section 246AB .
(3) The pool safety inspector may charge the owner the reasonable cost of carrying out the minor repairs.
